Camshaft has removable 36 tooth drive sprocket and kit includes special

Warning!!! These rocker arms are for use with stock camshafts or our
XS Performance cams and with stock diameter valve stems. High lift cams
cause the floating adjuster foot to exceed its range.

Cam Sprocket - 36 tooth replacement sprocket for our 447 type

Special 7mm. Bolts (Replacements/Spares) to fasten the cam sprocket to the
camshaft on our XS performance Cams.

Shim for valve spring seat - Original part used on cylinder head under the valve
spring. Steel shim must be in place on head (often missing!) 1pc. fits below
each valve spring assembly.

Camshaft internal metal Bush for advance rod. 2 Used per camshaft on 70-79
models (Points Ignitions) and also required if using Boyer ignitions. Fits inside
cam in center (one each side)

Note: These are usually missing from 1980-84's.

Camshaft internal metal Labrinth Seal (Bushing) for advance rod. 2 used per
camshaft on 1970-79 models (Points ignitions) and also required if using Boyer
ignitions. Fits inside of camshaft and flush with ends (one each side).

Note: These are usually missing from 1980-84's. Interchangeable with part
#05-0034. OEM Ref.# 256-11155-00.

Camshaft internal cam needle Bearing - (Upgrade/replacement for #05-0033)
Fits: All 650's 1970-84. Mounts flush with cam ends.

Cam Chain - Daido 219FTss x 106 with rivet link. Pitch .3061" (7.774mm.)
Fits: TX/XS650's 1974-84 (36 tooth cam). The latest high strength cam chain
from D.I.D. for late XS650's. Made in Japan.

Installation Note: Cam Chain IS absolutely correct original brand/size/length/type
Original install will be Very tight as chain is pressure injected with grease at factory
and head gasket is not yet compressed. Install with tensioner assembly out and it may
be necessary to pry chain over last half tooth of cam sprocket to get the chain in place
so joiner link can be installed. Chain will loosen once head is torqued and engine is run
a short time.

Rivet Link - D.I.D. 219FTss. Fits: #52-4008 Cam chain. Made in Japan

NOTE: May not fit to old original chains due to later chain dimension and
design improvements made to strengthen cam chain.

Cam Chain - Tsubaki BF05T x 102 with rivet link. Pitch .315" (8.0mm.)
Fits: XS1/XS1B/XS2/TX650 1970-73 (34 tooth cam). Made in Japan

NOTE:Link pitch differs from chains used on later 650's. For 70-73 650's Only!

When black plastic bits start showing up in your oil its usually from the guide
bar breaking up due to heat & old age. Replace it as the cam chain will next
start to saw its way thru the aluminum support.

Seals are 0.85mm. shorter than our #01-0114 stem seals and this provides
additional seal to valve cap clearance needed when using higher lift cams.
