Dellorto PHF36 Carb kit. The # 1 Performance choice in "Mintons" Hopup Mods.
Carbs Originally designed for 750cc 2 Valve Laverda's, Ducatis and Moto
Guzzi's.

These Kits feature 36mm. Dellorto Carbs with Accelerator pumps, Velocity Stacks,
flip chokes, Dyno developed jetting, 2-1 Throttle Cable and XS Performance Pods.
Throttle Cable in kit fits 77-84 XS650 single cable throttle housings.


Our kit was Dyno Developed by Heiden Tuning and delivers an average 10
percent power gain thru all RPM's. Kits are suitable for 650-860cc engines
engines with non stock, free flowing exhausts. Accelerator pumps provide
noticeable power boosts. Dellorto carb jetting has been extensively tested
and matched to our components.

Mounts with Stock XS650 (80-84) BS 34 CV Carb Holders (Not included).

Dyno Test Sheet

Replacement 2-1 throttle cable for our PHF36 Dellorto Carb Kit.
Fits: XS#48-7000 Carb set to 1977-84 XS650 stock single cable throttle
assembly.

52mm. XS Performance Pod Filter replacement to fit our XS#48-7000 carb kit.
Pod fits to velocity stack on Dellorto PHF36 carbs (this combination has been
shown on Dyno tests to give the most power).

Pod filter is a New Mikes XS Performance item and is an improved replica
(Dyno developed) of the most popular brand on the market. Chrome end cap,
internal moulded stack and no step rubber mount.

Pod filter is supplied dry but cotton gauze filtration material may be oiled for
improved dust filtration.

Fits: 1970-79 stock Mikuni BS38 CV Carbs + some Mikuni TM aftermarket carbs.

Spring D7415 - Fits at base of (under) accelerator pump actuation arm (arm under
carb top that fits in slide groove). This small spring is easily damaged if
carb top is not carefully/correctly assembled in slide groove and to the carb
body.

Light tension carb Slide Spring D8550 as used in our XS#48-7000 PHF36 Carb Kits.

O-Ring D6173 for Accelerator pump Nozzle as used on Dellorto PHF36 Carbs.
Note: Also fits Choke Jet (fuel pickup in float bowl).
